Position Overview

Reporting to the General Manager, Assistant Manager, or Shift Leader, the Team Member plays a crucial role in the restaurant’s daily operations. This position is central to delivering the brand's mission of providing hearty, flavorful food with outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities

• Work effectively in a fast-paced restaurant environment while maintaining high standards.
• Prepare guest orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring consistency with product standards.

• Contribute to fundraising efforts for the Firehouse Subs® Public Safety Foundation.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, well-stocked, and comply with sanitation guidelines.
• Carry out additional duties such as cashiering or cleaning per management instructions.
• Follow established safety and food handling protocols to maintain a secure workplace.
• Lift items weighing up to 50 pounds as necessary.
