Key Duties

• Provide outstanding customer service by prioritizing and surpassing customer needs.
• Assist the Store Manager in running smooth retail operations through your experience.
• Work cooperatively with team members to maintain a productive team setting.
• Maintain meticulous attention to safety standards and operational accuracy.
• Adapt to flexible work hours including weekends and overnight shifts to meet business needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service roles is preferred.
• Competence in handling point-of-sale (POS) systems and accurate cash management.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate well within a team.
• Availability to work a seven-day roster including weekends and overnight shifts is essential.
