Role Overview

As a Talent Attraction Partner, you will collaborate closely with our leading recruitment team to spearhead sourcing efforts focused on Marketing, Creative, Business, and General & Administrative roles. This position is key to attracting exceptional talent aligned with Duolingo’s mission.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to craft and execute bespoke sourcing strategies for diverse roles across Marketing, Creative, Business, and G&A functions.
• Maintain an active and high-quality pipeline by proactively sourcing via outbound methods and re-engaging talent through CRM systems.
• Participate in intake meetings to gain a comprehensive understanding of each role's requirements.
• Conduct preliminary recruiter screenings to evaluate candidate fit and relay well-calibrated recommendations to hiring managers.
• Develop detailed market maps and talent intelligence reports that provide insights on total addressable market (TAM) and inform sourcing priorities.
• Design and implement A/B testing strategies on outreach approaches to continuously improve candidate engagement and pipeline effectiveness.
• Balance efficiency with personalization by managing outreach volume without compromising the quality of candidate engagement.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of two years of sourcing experience specializing in high-volume, quality outbound recruitment for Marketing, Creative, Business, and G&A roles.
• Demonstrable success in building relationships with diverse, difficult-to-access talent pools.
• Proficiency with tools including G-Suite, Greenhouse ATS, and sourcing platforms such as Gem and SeekOut.
• Strong expertise in Boolean search techniques and CRM re-engagement to maximize talent community value.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, effective time management, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced settings and adapt sourcing tactics to evolving business requirements.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary range for this position is $119,000 to $161,000 USD annually, with actual pay determined by experience, skills, and internal equity comparisons. This role includes equity compensation. Comprehensive employee benefits support holistic well-being.
