Role Overview

The Talent Assistant plays a pivotal part in supporting ASOS’s talent and creator initiatives for campaigns, ongoing social media content, VIP events, gifting, product seeding, photoshoots, and significant cultural moments. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations, including outreach, coordination, logistics, reporting, and administrative duties, while staying abreast of rising creators, fashion trends, and platform behaviors.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in carrying out talent and creator endeavors across campaigns, continuous social content, and VIP activations.
• Conduct research and assist with outreach, onboarding, scheduling, briefing, and campaign execution for creators and talents.
• Coordinate involvement of creators, influencers, stylists, VIPs, and talents in shoots, events, product launches, and social media activities.
• Support identification of emerging creators, platform shifts, and culturally relevant opportunities aligned with ASOS’s brand.
• Manage gifting and product seeding activities, overseeing product selection, sample requests, shipping logistics, delivery tracking, returns, and follow-ups.
• Maintain precise records for gifting activities, product inventories, and recipient lists to ensure alignment with ASOS’s styling authority and brand direction.
• Facilitate talent coordination for photoshoots, elevated social content, activations, and events, including preparation of briefs, schedules, contracts, and financial documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Social, Brand Heat, PR, Creative, Casting, Production, and Paid media to streamline talent-related processes.
• Provide on-set, showroom, or event support to ensure a positive and professional experience for talent and partners.
• Track and monitor talent and creator performance across social and campaign channels, assisting with reporting on reach, engagement, organic content, tags, and visibility metrics.
• Maintain comprehensive databases, trackers, and status reports to help optimize campaign tracking and competitor research.
• Engage in social listening and trend analysis to recognize high-impact creators and effective content formats.
• Communicate professionally with creators, talent agents, stylists, and external partners to uphold ASOS’s brand representation.

Candidate Profile

• An enthusiastic, highly organized, and proactive individual who thrives in team settings with a strong passion for talent management, creators, fashion, and social media.
• Solid understanding of prominent platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and awareness of emerging creator platforms.
• Good knowledge of fashion, pop culture, entertainment, digital trends, and creator communities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in liaising with multiple teams and external stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and administration capabilities, capable of managing overlapping deadlines efficiently.
• Comfortable using and managing trackers, briefs, schedules, financial documents, and reporting tools.
• Positive, collaborative attitude with dedication to learning and interest in brand presence through talent and cultural engagement.
