Talent Acquisition Specialist (Remote)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our client’s team remotely. This full-time role involves sourcing, engaging, and hiring qualified candidates for various positions within the organization. The specialist will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and maintain strong candidate pipelines, supporting efficient full-cycle recruiting activities focused on quality hires.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and attract candidates using diverse channels such as job boards, employee referrals, and social media platforms.
• Review resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate qualifications and organizational fit.
• Manage interview coordination, facilitating timely communication between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain candidate tracking within the recruitment system and provide updates on recruitment status to stakeholders.
• Support onboarding procedures including preparation of new hire documentation.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems to oversee candidate pipelines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with candidates and hiring managers.
• Capability to handle multiple priorities efficiently in a dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of current sourcing strategies and talent acquisition methodologies.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
