Role Overview
This full-time, on-site Talent Acquisition Specialist position is based in Dover, New Jersey, with a Monday through Friday schedule. The role is exempt and focuses on high-volume, full-cycle recruiting for a healthcare organization. Working under the guidance of a Talent Acquisition Manager or Lead, the specialist uses advanced sourcing methods, ATS/CRM platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed tools, and Boolean search strategies to attract strong clinical and non-clinical candidates. The role also supports workforce planning, hiring execution, metrics tracking, candidate experience, and employer branding.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment for healthcare roles across clinical and non-clinical functions.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and accurate hiring data in iCIMS ATS and CRM systems.
- Find and connect with both active and passive talent using advanced sourcing tactics and recruiting tools.
- Review applicants to confirm qualifications, licenses, certifications, and overall fit.
- Set up interviews and work with hiring managers to guide selection decisions.
- Monitor recruiting performance measures such as time-to-fill, source-of-hire, requisition progress, and pipeline strength.
- Represent the organization at career fairs and support campus outreach to develop a strong pipeline of new graduates.
- Contribute to a positive candidate journey and strengthen employer branding efforts.
Required Background
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Prior experience creating and negotiating employment offers.
- Hands-on experience with electronic applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to use a range of sourcing methods to attract both active and passive candidates.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Background
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Two years of talent acquisition experience, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing, preferably in healthcare.
Compensation and Benefits
The estimated annualized compensation for this position is between $64,209.60 and $86,673.60, with final pay determined by factors such as skills, experience, education, credentials, and licensure. The organization offers a comprehensive benefits package, which may include paid time off, a 401(k) retirement plan, medical, dental, and vision coverage, tuition reimbursement, and additional voluntary benefit options. Work Schedule and Employment Details
