Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening candidates to extending offers and managing onboarding.
• Establish and nurture strong talent pools across technology, product, and corporate business sectors.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to comprehend team dynamics and recruitment needs.
• Implement inventive sourcing techniques to attract premium candidates.
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience while effectively representing the company.
• Assist in promoting the employer brand and utilize recruitment analytics to enhance hiring processes.

Candidate Profile

• Possess over two years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Prior work experience within multinational corporations, large technology firms, or rapidly expanding companies is highly advantageous.
• Demonstrate strong skills in sourcing, conducting interviews, and managing candidates.
• Able to confidently build and maintain relationships with job seekers and hiring managers alike.
• Exhibit excellent communication abilities coupled with strong organizational skills.
• Must be currently based in Abu Dhabi or legally permitted to work there.
