About The Role

Atera seeks its inaugural in-house Talent Acquisition Partner for the New York office. This is a pivotal position where you will design recruiting processes, establish team culture, and be instrumental in scaling the workforce driving Atera’s expansion locally. This foundational role carries significant strategic impact.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruiting for Enterprise Go-to-Market (GTM) positions such as Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, and Pre-Sales specialists.
  • Handle recruitment steps from initial requirements gathering through offers and closing.
  • Proactively source candidates ahead of role openings using LinkedIn, boolean searches, direct outreach, and AI tools.
  • Utilize AI and automation to enhance sourcing methods, streamline recruitment workflows, and continuously refine hiring practices.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to set candidate profiles, prioritize hiring needs, and move swiftly without compromising quality.
  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans for all U.S.-based roles.
  • Lead employer branding initiatives and represent the organization at events and through candidate interactions.
  • Ensure meticulous candidate data management in the ATS and uphold recruitment data accuracy throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

  • Minimum five years’ experience in Talent Acquisition within the tech sector, focusing on Enterprise GTM roles including Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, and Pre-Sales.
  • At least three years of hands-on proactive sourcing experience using LinkedIn, boolean search techniques, direct outreach, and building candidate pipelines from the ground up.
  • Proven ability to oversee full-cycle recruitment including HR interviews, reference verifications, and offer negotiations.
  • Demonstrated experience managing recruitment data and metrics such as pipeline conversion, time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and the quality of candidate sources to guide recruitment decisions.
  • Practical expertise incorporating AI and automations in daily recruitment operations.
  • Willingness and ability to commute to the New York office three times weekly.

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers an annual salary range of $130,000 to $160,000 alongside comprehensive health and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and an ample paid time off policy.
