Position Overview

The Talent Acquisition Partner plays a crucial role in managing comprehensive recruitment cycles for high-volume hiring of Behavior Technician (BT) and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) positions across specific clinics. Reporting to the Manager of Talent Acquisition, this professional transforms workforce demands into streamlined recruitment strategies that meet clinic forecasts and hiring deadlines effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all recruiting activities for BT and RBT roles including sourcing candidates, conducting phone screens, coordinating interviews, extending job offers, and securing candidate acceptance within approved compensation limits.
  • Manage numerous job requisitions in alignment with clinic staffing projections and timelines.
  • Be accountable for critical hiring metrics including time-to-fill and offer acceptance, escalating potential issues as necessary.
  • Work closely with onboarding teams to ensure seamless and timely transitions of candidates post-offer acceptance, especially in urgent hiring situations.
  • Develop and nurture sustainable talent pipelines for BT and RBT through various channels such as job boards, referrals, community engagement, and proactive candidate outreach.
  • Adapt recruitment tactics based on real-time clinic demands, candidate pool dynamics, and labor market trends.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Manager to provide updates on pipeline status, operational challenges, and potential risks.
  • Perform structured phone assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, reliability, and fit for roles.
  • Arrange and facilitate on-site interviews with Clinic Directors while ensuring candidates are properly prepared and scheduling is punctual.
  • Maintain consistent and courteous communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Present and clarify employment offers fairly within defined salary frameworks and gain necessary approvals.
  • Handle candidate queries and concerns to drive timely hiring decisions while ensuring fairness and consistency.
  • Escalate any exceptional cases, delays, or competitive challenges to management promptly.
  • Identify candidates interested in pursuing BCBA certification and appropriately guide them to Fieldwork Program leadership for further consideration.
  • Maintain close partnership with Clinic Directors and operations teams to stay aligned on staffing requirements and priorities.
  • Ensure precise documentation and data integrity within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Collaborate with recruiting operations or support staff when available, maintaining overall responsibility for recruitment outcomes.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent with 2-3 years of progressive experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition focusing on high-volume or service-oriented hiring; OR
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Healthcare Administration, or related field with 1-2 years relevant experience in frontline or service-based recruitment.
  • Proven experience in sourcing, interviewing, and successfully closing candidates within competitive labor markets is mandatory.
  • Familiarity and proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate flow and communications.
  • Excellent organizational skills, capable of prioritizing and managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities demonstrated in professional settings.
  • Ability to work effectively alongside clinic and operational leadership to facilitate the recruitment process.
