Position Overview
As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Cobalt Service Partners, you will play a vital role in connecting talented individuals with rewarding career opportunities. Your primary focus will be to recruit exceptional Technicians and Sales/Accounting professionals to support our partner companies. You will be the initial ambassador for our unique company culture and help introduce candidates to why Cobalt is an exciting place to grow their careers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume recruitment efforts, particularly for Technicians specializing in doors and security.
- Proactively source passive candidates by building extensive networks to fill diverse roles.
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process, from creating job postings through to delivering signed offers, ensuring a seamless hiring experience.
- Collaborate closely with department leaders to review and clarify job descriptions, understand role requirements, and define hiring criteria.
- Work within a supportive team of recruiters, sharing ideas and strategies to innovate sourcing methods.
- Maintain compliance with current employment laws and regulations to uphold lawful hiring practices.
- Be adaptable to additional duties as needed and occasionally travel to support recruitment activities.

- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to comprehend role requirements and effectively identify suitable candidates through insightful questioning and screening.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Creativity in designing and executing sourcing strategies tailored to different positions.

- Knowledge of recruitment-related laws and best practices.
- Technical proficiency with applicant tracking systems (preferably Greenhouse) and standard office productivity software.

Compensation and Benefits
This position offers a competitive compensation package comprised of a base salary plus commission, with an on-target earnings (OTE) range of $85,000 to $100,000 annually, depending on experience. Cobalt Service Partners provides a comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare coverage, 401(k) plan with matching, and flexible time off.
