You will work directly within a reputable, high-performing organisation focused on identifying and acquiring top talent worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate high-volume interview scheduling across various teams, managing complex calendars, logistics, and shifting priorities
- Serve as a primary contact for candidates, ensuring a positive and professional recruitment experience
- Collaborate closely with Executive Assistants, hiring managers, and other stakeholders across the firm
- Maintain and update recruitment data accurately to support hiring workflows
- As you grow, take on additional recruitment duties such as conducting initial candidate screening calls, participating in sourcing and talent mapping initiatives, and managing recruitment processes for junior roles
- Contribute to broader Talent Acquisition projects and foster strong hiring manager partnerships
