About the Role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment cycle, creating effective hiring strategies, and leading a motivated recruiting team. This role demands a strategic leader experienced in establishing and expanding talent acquisition in dynamic, rapid-growth settings. The ideal candidate will propel recruitment initiatives that align with our growth targets while promoting a culture anchored in excellence, diversity, and inclusivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement a scalable talent acquisition strategy targeting both technical and core business positions to align with business expansion goals.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters to ensure alignment with business objectives and maintain high engagement and performance.
• Improve the company's employer brand through social media, job portals, events, and collaboration with partners to attract high-quality candidates.
• Establish and sustain robust talent pipelines to support current and anticipated hiring needs.
• Produce data-driven recruitment metrics and reports to guide decision-making and continuously optimize hiring processes.
• Promote diverse and inclusive hiring practices that reflect company values and objectives.
• Manage partnerships with external recruitment agencies and platforms for sourcing top talent.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience hiring for technical and non-technical roles in fast-growing startups or similar high-velocity industries.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and apply recruitment strategies, processes, and systems effectively.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and negotiation capabilities.
• Analytical mindset to interpret recruitment data and generate insights.
• Comprehensive understanding of local and international labor laws and compliance standards in Qatar.
• Commitment to fostering inclusive and diverse teams.
