We are a pioneering Fintech organization devoted to delivering outstanding investment opportunities to our clientele. We are on the lookout for an energetic and goal-oriented Wealth Manager to strengthen our team and cultivate lasting partnerships with mid to high net-worth individual investors.

Role Overview

This role involves managing a personal portfolio of over 100 mid to high net-worth individual investors. Responsibilities include leading fundraising initiatives such as IPOs and pre-IPOs, along with other primary and secondary fundraising transactions. Effective and clear communication will be essential for successfully closing deals and nurturing investor relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with at least 25 investors monthly in person to understand their investment preferences and build strong rapport.
• Lead fundraising activities by presenting and pitching deals tailored to business owners and medical professionals.
• Prepare concise, one-page deal summaries within three working days after receiving new mandates.
• Maintain regular follow-ups every three days with potential investors until subscriptions and payments are finalized.
• Conduct group fundraising briefings for small audiences of 8 to 15 participants, including a 30-minute session with a question-and-answer segment.
• Call every investor on the day their investment is listed to provide updates and seek referrals following successful exits.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Three to five years of proven experience in wealth management, investment banking, or similar sectors.
• Demonstrated success in developing and managing relationships with high-net-worth clients.
• Exceptional communication and presentation capabilities, able to convey complex financial information in simple terms.
• Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong networking aptitude paired with a proactive strategy for attracting potential investors.
