Supply & Demand Planner

Overview

As the Route to Market (RTM) Manager, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing the entire supply planning cycle—including warehousing logistics, demand forecasting, and overseeing reexport activities from the freezone warehouse—to ensure a smooth and effective supply chain aligned with company objectives and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate collaboratively with internal departments such as production, supply planning, procurement, plant warehouse, logistics, and business development to ensure integrated and efficient operations.
• Manage relationships with external parties including suppliers, carriers, transporters, and vendors to maintain consistent material flow and proactively resolve issues.
• Implement and manage Material Requirements Planning (MRP) frameworks, defining key parameters, limits, and workflows that support new product introductions and optimize supply chain functionality.
• Ensure vendors meet delivery schedules and develop capabilities within SAP planning modules among team members to maintain optimal finished goods inventory aligned with key performance indicators.
• Lead auditing of stocktaking and warehouse operations, set up robust controls over freight and warehouse expenditure, and deliver comprehensive reports to business leadership to inform decisions.
• Take an active role in Integrated Business Planning (IBP), assisting in data analysis, dashboard management, and promoting operational excellence via collaboration with Plant DMS.
• Consistently assess supply chain procedures to identify areas for enhancement, cost savings, and improved responsiveness to market fluctuations.
• Engage in cross-functional initiatives and assume additional duties as required to support overall supply chain effectiveness and business growth.

Candidate Profile

• Solid background in materials and demand planning, inventory control, procurement, and forecasting is essential.
• Expertise in Material Requirements Planning systems and SAP planning modules, with proven experience in training and empowering cross-functional users.
• Exceptional coordination and collaboration skills, capable of working seamlessly with diverse internal teams and external partners to drive alignment and anticipate challenges.
• Strong analytical and auditing aptitude, with experience handling stock audits, warehouse processes, and freight/inventory cost management.
• Commitment to continuous operational improvement and participation in integrated, data-driven business planning activities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for effective reporting and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to manage priorities under pressure while ensuring attention to detail and adherence to quality standards.
• Preferred qualifications include a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields; relevant certifications are advantageous.
