Supply Chain Manager

About the Role

IDR is recruiting an Onsite Supply Chain Manager for a leading healthcare client based in Tennessee, specializing in value-based, in-home patient care. This position offers an exceptional opportunity to lead and revamp the supply chain operations within a fast-growing healthcare company.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end supply chain strategy encompassing procurement, inventory, logistics, and order fulfillment.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators such as inventory turnover rates and service levels to optimize efficiency and minimize costs.
• Hire, guide, and develop a team of 3 to 5 supply chain professionals while promoting continuous improvement through Lean Six Sigma practices.
• Lead supplier contract negotiations, perform detailed spend analyses, and manage contracts throughout their lifecycle to maximize cost savings and reduce risks.
• Manage category planning, demand forecasting, and execute scalable logistics solutions to support nationwide delivery.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years progressive leadership experience in supply chain, procurement, or operations within healthcare or medical device sectors, including management of more than 5 direct reports.
• Proven success in achieving 10-15% year-over-year cost reductions through strategic sourcing and supplier negotiations.
• Experience overseeing enterprise ERP and Warehouse Management Systems implementations along with strong forecasting capabilities.
• Solid expertise in contract management, including contract review, redlining, and stakeholder negotiation.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
