Overview
We are seeking an experienced EMS Supply Chain Manager to work remotely with occasional travel to Richardson, TX (up to once monthly). This full-time position commands a salary up to $130,000 annually and requires deep expertise in supply chain management within complex, global environments. The manager will support strategic programs and ensure seamless supply chain operations aligned with business goals and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end supply chain activities including materials pricing, BOM analysis, sourcing, and delivery execution.
- Own supply chain performance for assigned accounts or programs, focusing on flexibility and alignment with client requirements.
- Guide commodity managers in source selection, contract negotiation, and cost-efficiency strategies for critical components.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to enhance product supply chain viability and support smooth product launches.
- Manage costed bid assessments, perform quarterly BOM cost analysis, and oversee supplier performance metrics.
- Participate actively in business reviews with both customers and suppliers.
- Develop innovative solutions to supply chain challenges in a dynamic and multi-national matrixed organization, exercising strong judgment and influencing across teams without direct authority.
Required Qualifications
- At least 7 years of progressive experience in supply chain, materials management, sourcing, or commodity management roles.
- Proficient in managing pricing, BOM analysis, sourcing, and delivery execution activities within supply chain operations.
- Exceptional communication skills suitable for interactions with customers, suppliers, and upper management.
- Experience in working within complex, multinational matrix organizations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Preferably experienced with hyperscaler environments, rack integration, and familiar with high-tech or EMS industries, capable of providing direct customer support.

- Background in strategic or high-value commodity negotiations.
- Experience supporting new product introductions or managing complex product launches.
- Advanced analytical skills, comfortable with reporting and office productivity tools.
- Prior involvement in working capital optimization or inventory management initiatives.
Additional Information
