Supply Chain Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned and proactive Supply Chain Manager to handle comprehensive supply chain activities for residential interior projects. This role demands overseeing procurement planning, vendor relations, logistics coordination, inventory control, and ensuring materials are available promptly to support flawless project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire supply chain cycle from procurement through to final delivery.
• Develop sourcing approaches for interior materials including furniture, hardware, modular products, and accessories.
• Evaluate, negotiate with, and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Supervise procurement timelines to guarantee materials arrive on schedule for project needs.
• Collaborate closely with design, production, warehouse, and project teams to facilitate smooth material flow.
• Optimize inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess stock.
• Assess vendor performance considering quality, cost, delivery times, and service standards.
• Ensure purchasing is cost-efficient without sacrificing quality.
• Plan and manage logistics, transport, and warehousing operations.
• Address and resolve supply chain interruptions, establishing contingency plans as necessary.
• Analyze procurement data and generate reports on vendor performance, cost savings, and inventory management.
• Ensure adherence to organizational procurement policies and industry regulations.
• Lead initiatives aimed at improving supply chain efficiency continuously.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related domains.
• MBA or relevant professional certification is advantageous.
• 6 to 10 years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Operations within residential interiors, furniture, modular kitchens, or construction sectors.
• Profound knowledge of procurement operations and inventory control.
• Proven track record managing multiple vendors and complex project schedules.
