Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Supply Chain and Regulatory Coordinator based in Tbilisi, Georgia to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in logistics, supply chain management, or regulatory affairs, with relevant experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical sectors.
Key Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Possess a bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, Regulatory Affairs, or a related discipline.
- Have between three to five years of professional experience in logistics, supply chain, import/export activities, or regulatory affairs, preferably within medical device or pharmaceutical industries.
- Handle international procurement processes, manage customs documentation, and coordinate global shipments efficiently.
- Maintain technical and regulatory documentation in line with standards such as MDR/CE, ISO 13485, FDA, or their equivalents (considered an advantage).
- Utilize ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools effectively in daily operations.
- Exhibit strong organization and project coordination skills with an aptitude for analytical thinking and problem-solving.
- Ensure meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in managing documents and processes.
- Manage concurrent projects meeting deadlines, and communicate and negotiate confidently in a professional setting.
- Work independently as well as collaboratively within an international team.
- Demonstrate fluency in English and Russian, both in writing and speaking; knowledge of Georgian and/or German is beneficial.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with ERP, CRM, or logistics management software is advantageous.
- Understand international trade procedures, including Incoterms, import/export regulations, and customs protocols.
- Show willingness to travel occasionally for business meetings, supplier evaluations, and industry exhibitions.
