About the Role and Responsibilities

This position demands in-depth analysis of various supply chain data including inventory levels, procurement activities, demand metrics, and logistics operations. The candidate will develop and manage comprehensive reports and dashboards to monitor critical supply chain performance indicators (KPIs). They will support efforts related to demand forecasting, inventory control, and capacity evaluation while keeping vigilant oversight on supplier performance metrics such as lead times and service quality. Identifying inefficiencies and recommending enhancements to existing processes will be a key focus. The role requires close collaboration with procurement, operations, and logistics departments. Additionally, the analyst will assist with cost and variance analysis alongside initiatives geared towards optimization. Ensuring the accuracy and consistency of data across all supply chain systems is essential. The candidate will also prepare well-structured documentation and presentations for various business stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Possession of a Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Logistics, or a closely related discipline is mandatory.
• Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data examination techniques.
• Practical knowledge of SQL for data querying and analysis tasks.
• A solid grasp of supply chain principles such as procurement processes, inventory management, demand forecasting, and logistics operations.
• Exposure to Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems like SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or equivalents.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills enabling clear delivery of insights.
• Capacity to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting that involves cross-departmental interaction.
