Join the dynamic hospitality leadership team at SSP UK & Ireland as a Supervisor at Bedford Station's Starbucks. This full-time position entails working 30 hours weekly, with shifts scheduled flexibly between 5:00 am and 7:30 pm across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.

Role Responsibilities

• Assume responsibility for opening, closing, and managing daily operational tasks efficiently.

• Encourage excellent customer service standards and act as the primary contact for customer and team inquiries.
