Role Overview

The Stylist role involves delivering excellent customer experiences, driving sales, and supporting store operations through various responsibilities including merchandising and stock management.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Communicate Levi Strauss & Co.’s rich heritage to customers to promote sales.
• Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of products.
• Provide outstanding customer service in line with the company’s sales model, excel in Mystery Shopper evaluations, and actively encourage participation in the Red Tab Membership Program.
• Achieve sales targets and meet store performance metrics.
• Adhere strictly to store operational policies such as opening, closing, cash handling, merchandise receiving, and housekeeping.
• Follow security, safety, and loss prevention protocols diligently.
• Manage merchandise replenishment and apply security tags as necessary on the sales floor.
• Uphold store presentation standards and quality care of products.
• Conduct clothing alterations when needed.

Position Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification of O-levels.
• Availability for flexible working hours including evenings and weekends.
• Proficient in English language communication.
• A passion for retail and dedication to superior customer service.
• Self-driven with a strong sales orientation.
• Physical capability to stand, squat, bend, and lift regularly during work.

The position is based in Singapore (postal code 138589) and is offered as a full-time role.
