About The Role

Louis Vuitton, a distinguished name in luxury for over 170 years, is looking to appoint a talented Stylist to enhance its Ready-to-Wear (RTW) line and craft memorable client experiences. This role plays a pivotal part in representing the brand’s values of client-centricity and excellence in every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve regional RTW sales goals by driving conversion and delivering comprehensive styling experiences for customers.
• Mentor sales teams on styling techniques, product expertise, and the Louis Vuitton aesthetic to support superior in-store experiences and key events.
• Work closely with store leadership, Merchandising, and Client Development teams to create innovative client acquisition and retention programs fueled by styling initiatives.
• Design custom ensembles, cultivate valuable client relationships, and grow the RTW client base through creative outreach and industry insight.
• Assist in training on new collections and launch events, bringing RTW and fresh product narratives to life.
• Stay informed on fashion trends, competitor strategies, and market factors to inform and refine styling and engagement tactics.

Candidate Profile

• Extensive experience in luxury fashion or styling across diverse product categories.
• Excellent communication skills capable of influencing, motivating, and establishing trust with clients and teams.
• Commercially minded with a proven record in cultivating long-term client relationships and achieving business outcomes.
• Representative of luxury branding with a sophisticated, trend-conscious style.
• Sound judgement, discretion, autonomy, and team collaboration skills.
