This fully remote opportunity involves facilitating student wellbeing, motivation, and goal achievement through flexible online interactions. Responsibilities

• Guide students in defining and attaining their educational and personal objectives.
• Coach effective study techniques, time management, and mental strategies to enhance learning capabilities.
• Inspire and boost students' motivation, confidence, and perseverance.
• Create a nurturing and confidential setting for students to openly discuss challenges and track progress.

• No prior formal coaching credentials or experience are necessary.
• Excellent listening abilities and clear communication skills.
