About the Role

Picasso School for Art in Jeddah is seeking a full-time, on-site Student Affairs Specialist. This role centers on managing daily interactions with students by addressing their concerns and providing support across academic, personal, and career-related areas. The specialist will also coordinate student activities and maintain robust communication channels among students, parents, and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage directly with students to resolve their issues and support their overall well-being.
• Provide counseling services focused on academic and career guidance, helping students meet personal and professional objectives.
• Organize and oversee student activities that promote community and engagement.
• Facilitate communication between students, parents, and institutional staff to foster a cohesive environment.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Exceptional communication and customer service abilities to interact effectively with diverse student populations.
• Proven experience in student and career counseling, offering tailored guidance to students.
• Competence in managing student affairs to ensure a positive, supportive student experience.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities focused on student success.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and sensitively manage confidential student issues.
• Possession of a bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Business, or a related discipline; additional certifications are advantageous.
• Essential experience within educational or student-centric environments.
