About Zoned Sports Academy
Zoned Sports Academy seeks a dedicated Strength & Conditioning Coach committed to comprehensive athlete development beyond routine workouts.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize the Proteus performance system to assess athlete capabilities.
- Analyze and identify each athlete's strengths and areas for improvement.
- Create customized strength training programs informed by data insights.
- Track athlete progress, modify plans as necessary, and provide ongoing motivation throughout the sports season.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related discipline.
- Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification or currently pursuing it.
- Experience coaching youth athletes, with knowledge of Proteus preferred.
- Excellent organization, communication skills, and a strong passion for developing athletes.
Additional Information
Positions are available both full-time and part-time, requiring flexible availability mornings, evenings, and weekends to match seasonal sports demands.
