Role overview

Core training areas
The role focuses on strength training, weight training, and functional training.
What you will do
- Coach members on correct movement patterns, safe exercise execution, and injury-prevention practices during training.
- Work with other fitness and health specialists to design well-rounded wellness plans that may include nutrition and lifestyle guidance.
- Encourage clients through tailored support and coaching so they can stay committed to their fitness targets.
- Keep yourself informed about current sports science findings and fitness developments to improve the quality of training programs.
- Run group workouts and training workshops while maintaining an energetic and welcoming atmosphere.
- Support the promotion of Cult.Fit’s brand and values by taking part in community activities and fitness challenges.
Qualifications and experience
- A CSCS certification or a comparable strength and conditioning credential is required.
- Prior work experience in strength and conditioning training, or in an equivalent fitness role, is expected.
- Strong verbal communication and people skills are needed to inspire and guide clients effectively.
- Working knowledge of exercise physiology, basic nutrition, and ways to reduce the risk of injury is important.
- You should be comfortable working flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends when required.
- A genuine enthusiasm for fitness and a commitment to helping people reach their health goals is essential.
