Primary Role Purpose
This position focuses on two main responsibilities: onboarding new clients and managing relationships with existing ones. You will develop expertise in the CloudMargin system, guiding clients through seamless implementation and educating them to maximize platform utilization. Effective communication is essential, making this a key role within a dynamic company serving capital markets.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end client onboarding, ensuring timely and successful CloudMargin deployment.
- Create tailored onboarding plans suited to each client’s business needs and goals.
- Serve as the main contact during onboarding, coordinating internal and external stakeholders to facilitate implementation.
- Manage onboarding of additional business from current clients.
- Foster strong client relationships to promote satisfaction, retention, and account growth.
- Provide strategic advice to clients, optimizing their use of the platform through education on best practices.
- Collaborate internally to address client feedback and drive continuous improvements.
- Partner with clients to understand business objectives and identify opportunities for upselling services.
- Innovate enhancements to onboarding processes to increase efficiency and improve client outcomes.
- Track performance metrics related to onboarding success and client satisfaction.
- Work closely with support, product, and technology teams to implement new platform features and refine internal workflows.
- Contribute client-driven insights to inform product development.
- Utilize expertise in capital markets, derivatives post-trade, and collateral management to customize onboarding and account management.
Candidate Profile and Experience
- At least 8 years of experience in collateral and margin call management within operational or project management roles, from institutions such as banks, custodians, buy-side firms, infrastructure providers, or software vendors.
- Client relationship management or experience in a client-facing capacity.
- Proven ability in project management.
