Stores Coordinator

Main Objective

Assist in the comprehensive management of medical consumable inventory levels and distribution across various divisions within the organization.

Primary Duties

• Support stock management activities including issuing, ordering, and logging inventory levels appropriately.
• Supervise and uphold inventory quantities for medical supplies following established guidelines.
• Handle administrative functions involving stock deliveries, vendor communications, procurement, and system data entry.
• Participate in both scheduled and impromptu stocktaking exercises.
• Ensure unpacking, labeling, and proper storage of stock items comply with standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum educational attainment of Grade 12.
• Relevant certifications are considered advantageous.
• At least two years of experience managing medical material inventories.

Abilities and Knowledge

• Understanding of client service and management concepts.
• Proficiency in stock reporting techniques.
• Familiarity with stock management systems and procedures.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
