Role Overview

The Storeperson on the afternoon shift plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Mangere Distribution Centre. Your responsibilities include accurately receiving, storing, picking, and dispatching stock to meet customer expectations across New Zealand.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday from 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately receive inbound stock and efficiently store it in designated locations.
• Pick, pack, and dispatch orders while maintaining quality standards.
• Handle delicate and expensive products carefully to preserve their condition.
• Maintain precise stock counts, update locations, tags, and labeling.
• Identify and report discrepancies such as damaged goods, misplaced stock, or picking errors.
• Keep your work environment clean, safe, and orderly.
• Collaborate closely with team members and supervisors to achieve objectives.
• Perform required administrative and coordination tasks.

Candidate Profile

• Possession of a valid forklift operation certification is essential.
• Minimum of two years experience working in a warehouse setting.
• Experience with inventory or logistics management software.
• Physically capable of handling manual and demanding tasks.
• Strong organizational and time management skills especially in a busy workplace.
• Team-oriented with excellent and friendly communication skills.
• Ability to approach and resolve problems practically in real-time.
