About the Team and Responsibilities
As the Store Manager at our Ocean Keys location in Clarkson, Western Australia, you will serve as the ultimate ambassador for Pandora. Immersing yourself in the brand, culture, and products, you will champion exceptional customer experiences. This role will engage you directly on the sales floor, collaborating with your team to drive sales performance.
You will lead and develop a team comprising Assistant Store Managers and Retail Assistants, cultivating a passionate store culture where each member shines as a brand ambassador. Your leadership will establish a high-performing sales environment that continually surpasses customer expectations by creating unforgettable shopping moments.
Your duties include:
- Nurturing a passionate team environment that reflects the Pandora brand values.
- Driving sales success by meeting and exceeding commercial targets and KPIs.
- Building, coaching, and motivating your team by providing real-time feedback and support to achieve store and individual objectives.
- Collaborating with the Divisional Sales Manager and Human Resources to identify and resolve performance challenges and ensure compliance with policies.
- Overseeing areas such as talent management, brand representation, store operations, and customer experience, ensuring the timely execution of visual merchandising and operational standards.
Candidate Profile
- Proven track record as a Store Manager with 3-5 years of experience in a demanding, high-performance retail environment.
- Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written—and the ability to engage and connect effectively across all organizational levels.
- Strong business acumen paired with analytical skills that translate into measurable business results.
- Talent acquisition and development expertise, including recruitment, retention strategies, succession planning, and fostering internal growth.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, POS systems, and applicant tracking software.
