Job Overview

As a Store Manager at H&M, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire customer journey, ensuring that both visual and commercial standards meet global strategies while adapting to local store needs. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire your store team to deliver exceptional customer service while actively promoting and selling H&M products.
• Maintain deep insight into your store's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and competitive landscape by understanding local market dynamics and customer demands.
• Analyze sales data, establish targets, and devise strategic plans to maximize sales, profitability, and inventory management.
• Efficiently manage staff scheduling and store upkeep in line with budget constraints and commercial priorities.
• Recruit new team members, facilitate their onboarding and development, and cultivate an inclusive, collaborative culture that fosters innovation and growth.
• Stay current on fashion trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to sustain a competitive advantage.
• Represent both yourself and the H&M brand positively in all customer-facing interactions.

Team Collaboration

You will work alongside a diverse and dynamic store team, including Sales Advisors, Department Managers, Visual Merchandisers, Assistant Store Managers, and other key roles. Collaboration extends to the wider Area Team, enhancing success across multiple stores. Your efforts will help customers express themselves confidently through fashion while promoting accessibility and sustainability.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in retail operations and store management.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with a passion for team coaching and development, consistently reflecting company values and culture.
• Expertise in customer-centric sales reporting and performance analysis.
• Strong skills in sales planning, evaluation, and follow-up.
• Confident and motivational leader able to inspire and develop teams with integrity.
• Driven by delivering excellent customer experiences and achieving sales targets.
• Analytical mindset with excellent communication capabilities, comfortable working with numerical data.
• Flexible problem solver oriented toward innovative solutions.
