About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our CALVIN KLEIN team in Outlet City Tawa, Wellington. This full-time position offers a dynamic opportunity to manage retail operations, lead a motivated team, and drive business growth within the apparel industry.

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Oversee store performance to meet key performance indicators such as sales targets, wage budgets, units per transaction, conversion rates, average transaction values, shrinkage control, and mystery shopping standards.
• Possess strong leadership skills to recruit, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team.
• Demonstrate excellent communication abilities and extensive experience in customer service and retail management.
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail in stock management and visual merchandising to uphold store presentation standards.
• Exhibit an entrepreneurial mindset by actively identifying and pursuing opportunities for business growth.
• Present a vibrant, energetic, and authentic approach with positive attitude, impeccable grooming, and professional presentation.
