Role Overview

As a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in Kochi, your key responsibility is to oversee daily store operations with a focus on resource efficiency and delivering excellent customer experiences. You will strategize sales growth to heighten revenue, profit, and market presence while leading retail staff to uphold high standards in service and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities of the store ensuring optimal utilization of resources and customer satisfaction
• Design and execute sales plans to boost revenue, profitability, and expand market reach
• Supervise and mentor store personnel, ensuring adherence to customer service and performance standards
• Manage inventory processes including stock ordering, handling returns and exchanges, and maintaining appealing visual merchandising
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and all regulatory requirements

Candidate Profile

• Possess 3 to 8 years of experience in quick service restaurant (QSR) or retail management, preferably within coffee shops or related sectors
• Demonstrate a strong grasp of beverage industry trends and consumer behavior
• Exhibit excellent communication skills for motivational leadership and effective customer engagement
• Leverage data analytics capabilities to interpret sales reports and support business decision-making
