Store Incharge - Automobile Components

About the Role

Serving as the Store Incharge for automobile components at Vijay Lakshmi Auto Sales, this position is located at BG-123, Sanjay Gandhi Transport Nagar, Samaypur, Delhi-NCR. The role is exclusive to candidates within Delhi-NCR and offers a monthly fixed salary ranging from ₹20,000 to ₹25,000. The position operates on a full-time basis with day shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all store activities, including goods inward, outward, and maintaining inventory control.
• Maintain meticulous stock records, Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), issue slips, and daily stock movements using MS Excel or accounting software.
• Ensure accurate availability of automobile components and spare parts within the store.
• Collaborate effectively with purchase, sales, and service teams to fulfill material requirements.
• Handle vendor billing, material reconciliation, and associated documentation.
• Track and maintain minimum and maximum stock levels to prevent shortages.
• Ensure goods are stored properly with correct labeling and adhere to safety standards.
• Prepare comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly reports on stock levels and consumption.

Candidate Profile

• At least five years of experience as a Store Incharge or Store Keeper in the automobile or auto-components industry.
• Good understanding of automobile spare parts and components.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software for inventory management.
• Basic knowledge of accounting practices.
• Highly organized, responsible, and attentive to detail with the ability to manage stock independently.

Compensation and Benefits

• Fixed monthly salary between ₹20,000 and ₹25,000.
