Mafco, a growing footwear brand based in Chennai, is seeking a dedicated Store Helper to join our team for a long-term position. This role involves supporting various store operations to ensure smooth functioning and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in packing footwear and related products accurately.
- Attend to customer inquiries and provide support as needed.
- Contribute innovative ideas to enhance marketing efforts.
- Support the reorder process and participate in selecting new designs.
- Perform quality checks on products before packing.
- Label and neatly organize packed items within the store.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store environment.
- Follow directions and guidelines provided by the supervisor.
- Handle basic billing and invoicing tasks as per store procedures.
