Store Executive

Job Overview

We seek an energetic and proactive Store Executive to efficiently manage comprehensive warehouse and store activities at our Balanagar manufacturing unit. This role includes overseeing material movement from receipt through consumption, managing vendor and transport bill approvals, and collaborating closely with senior leadership for seamless daily transactions.

Primary Responsibilities

• Supervise all store operations including material receipt, inspection, storage, issuance, and tracking final consumption.
• Maintain and control inventory covering raw steel, components, tools, and consumables with precise record keeping.
• Manage thorough documentation and approval of vendor and transportation invoices, reconciling bills with production needs and CEO review.
• Accurately enter and track inventory movements, receipts, and dispatches in the ERP system.

Qualifications & Experience

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree preferably in Commerce; candidates with other degrees may qualify based on relevant store experience.
• Bring 2 to 5 years of practical experience in store management within manufacturing sectors such as steel, fabrication, or automotive.
• Candidates should preferably reside near Balanagar or be willing to commute daily.
• Fluency in English and Hindi is required.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Word; experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP is a significant advantage.
