Store and Brand Operations Executive

About the Role

Yuvi Collections specializes in imitation and fashion jewelry and is looking for a Store and Brand Operations Executive (Female candidates only) to coordinate retail and digital activities from our Miyapur, Hyderabad location.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the daily management of the retail store, including assisting customers and maintaining merchandise displays.
• Assist with social media presence by capturing photos, responding to customer inquiries on WhatsApp and Instagram, and updating posts.
• Manage basic store administrative tasks using computers and handle digital customer communication.
• Collaborate with the team to enhance customer satisfaction and drive in-store and online sales.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Prior experience (0–3 years) in retail, e-commerce, or customer service is beneficial, though a willingness to learn is valued.
• Comfortable with smartphone photography for product showcasing.
• Proficiency in WhatsApp, Instagram, and basic computer operations (data entry, email).
• Fluent verbal communication in Telugu and Hinglish, with working knowledge of English.
• Educational minimum of passing 10th or 12th grade. Graduates and those with excellent communication skills are preferred. No age restriction.

Working Hours & Additional Information

• Work hours: 10:30 AM–7:30 PM.
• Workdays include weekends; weekly off is on Tuesday or Wednesday.
• Compensation: ₹18,000–25,000 per month (paid in cash, based on experience).
• 1-week paid probation period with flexible date of joining.
