About the Location

The Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach stands out in Dubai's competitive luxury market with its prime location, contemporary luxury, and personalized service. Responsibilities

Operate dishwashing machines to clean and sanitize china, glassware, and silverware, managing loading and unloading processes and proper storage.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of ovens, steam kettles, mixers, kitchen equipment, drains, sinks, floors, walls, pastry shop areas, and hallways through various cleaning methods including dusting, mopping, polishing, and scrubbing.
Use appropriate cleaning agents to sanitize pots, pans, and utensils.
Set up, clean, and operate the silver burnishing machine to polish and sort silver items on a defined schedule, segregating damaged pieces for repair.
Handle and store cleaning chemicals safely while wearing proper protective gear.

Requirements

Prior experience in stewarding roles.
Experience working in fast-paced environments and banquet settings.
