Our STAR (Student Training and Rotation) program is a unique, paid two-year internship designed for university students seeking flexible, part-time work experience alongside their studies without limiting participation to final-year students or specific breaks.

Program Details

The STAR program provides rotational experiences approximately every six months, allowing you to explore different business areas. You will be supported by a STAR manager for personal development, a rotational mentor for on-the-job guidance, and a fellow STAR student mentor familiar with company culture and facilities.

This program offers structured development, coaching, engagement with leadership, and the chance to earn academic credit. Participants can work part-time during semesters and may choose to go full-time during breaks, all while receiving payment.

Role and Responsibilities

• Participate in the STAR program internship in Auckland, New Zealand.
• Begin early February 2027, committing for a minimum of 24 months.
• Gain varied work experience through multiple rotations within the company.
• Engage with managers, leaders, and executives to support personal growth.
• Contribute to innovative projects and meaningful business initiatives.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Currently enrolled university students pursuing a degree in Business, with IT majors preferred but not mandatory.
• Expected graduation not earlier than the end of 2028.
• Availability to work at least two days per week during academic semesters (three days preferred).
• Strong motivation, initiative, perseverance, and curiosity for continual learning.
• Excellent communication skills in English and a passion for technology and innovation.
• Ability to manage pressure, prioritize tasks, and work collaboratively with empathy.
• New Zealand citizen or permanent resident status is mandatory.

Desirable Attributes

• Previous experience or interest in artificial intelligence tools.
• University projects or personal involvement with AI or emerging technologies.
