Key Responsibilities

• Engage in all stages of software application and business logic development.
• Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
• Contribute to project estimation and planning efforts.
• Perform code reviews and develop code along with comprehensive tests.
• Involve in research and development activities related to generative AI.
• Assist with deployment, testing, and validation processes on QA environments.
• Support troubleshooting, validation, and deployment in production settings.
• Help monitor applications and automate processes to improve efficiency.

Qualifications and Preferences

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field is required.
• At least one year of practical experience in software development is preferred.
• Familiarity with generative AI technologies is advantageous.
• Experience working with Microsoft Azure services including DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring tools is desirable.
• Proficient knowledge of programming languages such as C#, Java, or Python.
• Understanding of databases and operating systems including experience with MS SQL.
• Experience with RESTful API integration.
• Skills in database programming like SQL Server queries, triggers, and stored procedures.
• Familiarity with UI technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, Ajax, and CSS.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable code following best practices in C# and SQL.
• Quick learner with eagerness to adopt new technologies.
• Exposure to CSS, PowerShell scripting, and JavaScript.
• Basic understanding of machine learning and generative AI concepts.
• Strong analytical skills to decompose complex problems into manageable parts.
• Experience using GitHub or other version control platforms and knowledge of CI/CD concepts.
• SRE concepts and application KPI tracking knowledge considered a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks like Scrum and Kanban is beneficial.
• Ability to follow directions and collaborate effectively within a team.
• Good command of English communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive base salary range from $69,520 to $86,900 annually, exclusive of benefits and bonuses.
