Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and produce engaging content primarily for TikTok, Instagram, and other key social media channels.
• Frequently appear on camera to authentically represent the Smilodox brand.
• Independently conceptualize, shoot, and edit video content with a strategic focus on organic reach and engagement.
• Manage and cultivate our social media presence, emphasizing TikTok.
• Proactively identify evolving trends and transform them into creative content ideas for our community.
• Analyze audiences, platform trends, and competitors to uncover new opportunities for growth.
• Act as a liaison for athletes, influencers, creators, and models, providing support during on-site productions.
• Scout promising creators and assist with building long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate closely with the Creative and Marketing teams, contributing innovative ideas.
• Support events, photoshoots, and community activation efforts, ensuring to capture key moments for social media.

Qualifications

• Comfortable being both in front of and behind the camera.
• Deep familiarity with TikTok and Instagram usage, including understanding how to create successful content on these platforms.
• Experience producing short-form content and knowledge of current trends, formats, and platform mechanics.
• Proficient with content creation tools such as CapCut, Canva, and common social media platforms.
• Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, or similar programs is advantageous.
• Possess a structured and independent work approach.
• Strong interest in sports, fitness, lifestyle, and social media.
• Confident presence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to inspire others with ideas.
• Creative mindset, openness to new methods, and an instinct for viral content.
