Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Sitecore Developer with at least 3 years of experience to design, develop, and maintain digital solutions based on the Sitecore DXP platform. The role is open across India, with a preference for candidates who can join immediately or within 15 days.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and configure Sitecore components including templates, renderings, and layouts.
- Manage Sitecore content hierarchies, workflows, and publishing rules aligned with business needs.
- Implement frontend improvements using Bootstrap, CSS, and CSS3 to create responsive and engaging interfaces.
- Configure and fine-tune Solr search indexes and queries within Sitecore environments.
- Collaborate with content authors and business stakeholders to provide CMS support and training.
- Manage Sitecore security, including roles, permissions, and user access controls.
- Support software deployment across development, testing, and production stages.
- Ensure adherence to development best practices and maintain high-quality deliverables through code reviews and testing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Sitecore implementations.
- Keep documentation up to date regarding development processes and configurations.
- Stay informed on the latest advancements and trends related to Sitecore DXP to continuously enhance solutions.
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience working with Sitecore DXP.
- Good understanding of ASP.NET MVC framework.
- Proficiency with frontend technologies including Bootstrap, CSS, CSS3, HTML, and HTML5.
- Experience in JavaScript development.
- Familiarity with Sitecore authoring and Solr search integration.

- Budget/Salary: Up to 2,300,000 INR per annum.
