Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and customer-oriented Sales Executive to join our furniture showroom team. The successful candidate will play a key role in assisting customers, promoting sales, and providing an outstanding shopping experience within the showroom.
Primary Responsibilities
- Welcome and guide customers through product selection in the showroom
- Assess customer needs to suggest appropriate furniture options
- Meet established monthly and quarterly sales objectives
- Explain product details, features, prices, and current offers accurately
- Ensure showroom displays are attractive and items are well-arranged
- Coordinate billing and provide assistance to the backend sales support team
- Engage with prospective customers to finalize sales
- Develop and maintain lasting relationships with customers
Essential Qualifications and Skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong skills in sales techniques and negotiation
- Customer-centric mindset
- Familiarity with basic computer applications, including billing and customer relationship management software
- Capability to perform in a goal-oriented environment
Compensation Details
This position offers a monthly salary ranging between 20000 to 40000 INR.
