Role Overview
We invite a motivated, organized, and proactive individual to join our London showroom team as a Showroom Assistant for a fixed term of three months. This part-time, on-location role provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience working with an internationally acclaimed luxury brand within a creative, customer-centric setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the showroom's sample library by replenishing stock and conducting regular inventories to ensure alignment between physical samples and inventory records.
- Organize and integrate new product collections in preparation for upcoming launches.
- Greet and assist clients, designers, and visitors professionally and warmly, enhancing their showroom experience.
- Prepare and package samples for distribution to design professionals and visitors.
- Support daily showroom operations including covering for team members during breaks, assisting with various activities, and collaborating on special projects.
- Work closely with the sales team to assemble tailored sample mailers and client presentations.
Candidate Requirements
- Reside in London or Greater London area.
- Express passion for design, interiors, luxury goods, architecture, or delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Demonstrate superior organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Exhibit confidence, professionalism, and friendliness when interacting with customers and visitors.
- Be proactive, reliable, and willing to support wherever needed.
- Available to commit to a flexible part-time schedule for the full three-month term.
- Function effectively as a cooperative team member with a positive work ethic.
