Role Overview

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Minimum education level: Some high school education preferred.
  • Experience in operations is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Must obtain any required local certifications such as Food Handler permits at your own cost.
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods (up to four hours) and lift up to 50 pounds as duties demand.
  • Capability to work efficiently in a bustling kitchen environment with exposure to heat, steam, and high noise levels.
  • Skills in handling kitchen equipment, including the use of a Chinese cook knife, with accuracy under pressure.
  • Strong verbal communication and adaptability to changing priorities and difficult situations.
