Shift Incharge - PVC Injection Moulding

Role Overview

The Shift Incharge will lead and manage shift-wise production activities in a PVC Injection Moulding environment, ensuring targets related to production volume, product quality, safety, and workforce management are met effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan daily production schedules to meet assigned targets.
• Lead and motivate the shift team to achieve high performance standards.
• Maintain product quality in alignment with company specifications.
• Track, analyze, and optimize Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
• Organize and supervise mold change operations efficiently.
• Enforce compliance with safety protocols and sustain 5S methodology practices.
• Collaborate with the Maintenance, Quality Assurance, and other departments for seamless operation flow.
• Monitor the performance of machinery and work proactively to reduce downtime.
• Compile shift reports and communicate daily updates to the Production Manager.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma in Plastic Technology (DPT), Post Graduate Diploma in Plastics Processing Technology (PGD-PPT), CIPET certification, or a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering discipline relevant to the field (B.E./B.Tech).
• Minimum of 5 years of practical experience specifically in PVC Injection Moulding operations.

Compensation

The position offers a monthly salary ranging from INR 30,000 to INR 35,000, with a competitive salary package available for highly suitable candidates.
