Role Overview: ServiceNow Operations Lead

We seek a seasoned ServiceNow Operations Lead with over six years of hands-on experience in managing enterprise-level ServiceNow platforms and leading teams of developers and engineers. The role demands responsibility for platform support, handling Level 2 and Level 3 incident resolutions, managing problems and changes, delivering system enhancements, and executing annual platform upgrades.

The lead will ensure platform robustness, optimal performance, strict governance, and a culture of continuous improvement. This role collaborates closely with both business and technical stakeholders to provide scalable and reliable ServiceNow solutions tailored to organisational needs.

Qualifications and Expertise

The candidate must possess an in-depth understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, proficiency in ServiceNow administration, and expertise in release management. Experience within SLA-driven environments is essential to guarantee service delivery that meets organisational standards.
