Job Overview

This role requires hands-on experience working across various ServiceNow modules including ITSM, TSOM, FSM, CMDB, Inventory, ITOM, TSM, OMT, and TNI, covering broad aspects of telecommunications and IT service management.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and customize ServiceNow solutions by configuring modules and implementing workflows.
Create and maintain client scripts, business rules, and other server-side scripts to enhance ServiceNow functionality.
Integrate ServiceNow with external systems through a variety of methods such as ODBC, REST, SOAP, LDAP, SSL, and Kafka.
Ensure the quality and consistency of coding by understanding and enforcing standards based on the ServiceNow data model and architecture.
Work within Agile frameworks including Scrum, utilizing tools like JIRA and Confluence to manage user stories and sprints.

Candidate Requirements

Demonstrable 2 to 7 years of relevant experience with ServiceNow modules and scripting capabilities.
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow products, especially in service and product catalogues.
Experience in system integration and workflow automation within ServiceNow.
Proficiency in Agile methodologies and use of collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence.

Additional Information

Position is based at Hyderabad, Telangana, India with opportunities across PAN India.
