Service Engineer

Role Overview

The position involves delivering service engineering support for UPS systems, inverters, batteries, and stabilizers. The engineer will carry out testing and servicing tasks to ensure optimum functionality of these electrical products.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on UPS, inverters, batteries, and stabilizers.
• Provide on-site customer services throughout Chennai area, responding to client requirements and ensuring satisfaction.
• Install new UPS units, inverters, and stabilizers at client locations.
• Understand and meet customer needs to maintain high levels of service quality and client satisfaction.
• Manage procurement activities and handle the delivery of invoiced goods directly to customers.

Candidate Requirements

• Educational qualifications such as ITI certificate, diploma, or engineering degree in electronics or electrical engineering disciplines are desired but a degree is not compulsory.
• Valid driving license is essential for this role.
• Availability of a personal bike is advantageous, with reimbursement for petrol costs upon submission of valid bills.
• Proficiency in English communication is mandatory for effective client interactions.

Additional Skills

• Knowledge and experience with lithium-ion batteries, solar inverters, and electronics are beneficial.

Compensation Details

The monthly salary ranges between 15000 and 17000 INR.
