Service Advisor - Two Wheeler Dealership

Job Overview

We are seeking a Service Advisor with 1 to 3 years of experience, preferably in the two-wheeler automobile sector, for our dealership located in Krishna Nagar, East Delhi. The candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions, vehicle service coordination, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers visiting the dealership and attentively listen to their two-wheeler vehicle issues.
• Properly inspect the vehicle and open a job card, providing customers with an estimated cost and time for servicing.
• Coordinate closely with the service team and mechanics to ensure timely completion of work.
• After service, thoroughly explain completed tasks and billing details to customers.
• Politely and efficiently resolve customer complaints.
• Maintain a high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) score.

Qualifications and Skills

• Educational qualification: 12th pass / ITI (Automobile) / Diploma.
• Solid understanding of technical parts and servicing of two-wheelers (bikes/scooters).
• Excellent communication abilities and composed demeanor.
• Basic computer skills necessary for data entry and job card preparation.
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure.
